Does your company provides insurance?

We can provide, upon request, general liability insurance. We have workers compensation insurance and disability insurance.

Question 2

How much time in advance I need to book staff?

Accepted Answer

It’s always recommended to book services or staff at least two weeks in advance. Additional fees apply for last minute bookings (within 48 hour of your event is considered last minute).

Question 3

Can I upgrade the number of staff or services after my order is placed?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can increase the amount of staff or services, but doing so last minute will incur additional fees. You can also decrease the amount of staff or services booked without incurring additional charges if this is done at least seven days before event.

Question 4

Am I required to tip the staff?

Accepted Answer

It is optional to tip the staff after the event, and the staff are always appreciative of it. For Chocolate Fountain and Waffles Fondue attendant gratuity 15% will be added in your bill

Question 5

How much time should I allow for set-up?

Accepted Answer

The wait staff will need at least 1.5 hours, before your event starts, to set up a cocktail reception, and 2 hours for a plated meal or a buffet. Allow 1 hour following the event for break down.
