It’s always recommended to book services or staff at least two weeks in advance. Additional fees apply for last minute bookings (within 48 hour of your event is considered last minute).
Absolutely! You can increase the amount of staff or services, but doing so last minute will incur additional fees. You can also decrease the amount of staff or services booked without incurring additional charges if this is done at least seven days before event.
It is optional to tip the staff after the event, and the staff are always appreciative of it. However, it is not a requirement.
The wait staff will need at least 1.5 hours, before your event starts, to set up a cocktail reception, and 2 hours for a plated meal or a buffet. Allow 1 hour following the event for break down.
